Goods Returned for a Refund or Exchange must be Unused and in their original undamaged packaging (including cellophane wrap, tamper proof seals and lids). We do not offer refunds or exchange on used products due to hygiene reasons.

REFUND - You will be refunded the amount you paid less all courier charges plus a R50 handling fee. Refund will be processed once product has been returned and inspected to meet criteria above.

EXCHANGE - you will be refunded any price difference and will be charged for the return delivery to the warehouse and the delivery of the replacement order and a R50 handling fee.

We have video footage of all parcels packed at ParcelNinja for our clients.

HAIRHQ will not offer refunds where it is claimed that an item(s) are not received when there is video footage of the said item(s) being included in a parcel packed and sealed. If the packing seal is broken please check content before accepting from the courier.

HAIRHQ will not offer refunds where it is claimed that bottle(s) have leaked during delivery when there is video footage of the bottle(s) caps being checked and fastened when packed and where there is no visible sign of leaking when a parcel is delivered. Our couriers will not deliver a parcel where there is evidence of leaking and the parcel will be returned to us.

When a parcel is delivered and signed for it will be taken that the parcel has been received in good order and that the packaging seal has not been broken and that there is no visible sign of any leaking of liquids.

HAIRHQ does not accept liability for any product purchased which does not meet your expectation or any damage which a product may cause.
